D 385 with Yanmar 40 hp engine & shaft - anybody else?

I have a Dufour 385 with a Yanmar 40hp & shaft drive and wonder if anybody else in this forum has this option? I am going to replace the fixed blade propeller with one of the folding/feathering/autoprop options available and need some data on the gear box and other info necessary to do the calculations.

I would also greatly appreciate sharing info on which propeller is recommmendable to this boat?

While I am at it - any recommendations on where and how to install a plotter in the cockpit?
